RubberJet Group is a leading global producer and supplier of Micronized Rubber Powder — an innovative, eco-friendly material created from end-of-life medium and large tires or rubber tracks, which conventional mechanical recycling methods cannot process efficiently.

Since 2017 Natural Rubber has been included in the list of Critical Raw Materials issued by the European Commission.

As much as the 75% (about 13 Mton/year) of a valuable product like Natural Rubber (NR) produced worldwide goes into tyres, in high percentage especially medium & big tires and similar products at global level.

The main driver of deforestation with an incidence of 30% on the global deforestation has been the production of Raw Materials like the «Natural Rubber» defined as the most "invasive, permanent and destructive”

Reuse of recycled materials from End of Life Tyres (ELT) in place of Natural Rubber is as low as 1%, and only 0,1% if considering tyre parts and tyre manufacturing

World Natural Rubber Consumption grow at approx. 6-7% on a yearly basis and will increase to 25.4 million tons by 2025 creating a “gap” between the demand and the Offer of Natural Rubber.
Our production process is designed to meet large supply chains' requirements for volume, cost and quality control.
