The RubberJet company and its team have studied in depth the issues related to the potential of the Powder and Granule produced through the High Pressure Water Jet™ (H.P.W.J™) Technology. A laboratory has been specifically set up in Bresso in the province of Milan in which a series of activities have been implemented necessary for the development of the disintegration process by means of high pressure water thought the HPWJ™ technology with the aim of maximizing enhancement of the obtainable rubber products.


The RubberJet group has qualified personnel composed of technicians and engineers who deal with assistance in order to provide a high quality service for the follow-up of the established joint ventures.

The Department of Industrial and Information Engineering of the Polytechnic of Milan carried out a sworn report dated 22-01-2018 which certified and certified the technological innovation of the High Pressure Water Jet™ (H.P.W.J™) process for the treatment of ELTs.

The project is carried out with the contribution of resources from the European Union, the Italian state and the Lombardy region.


RubberJet Valley has developed a characterization phase of the Powder / Granule with laboratory analyzes on a physical and chemical level carried out at the CERISIE Institute (Institute of Excellence for analysis and certification on elastomeric systems, recognized at European level with headquarters in Milan ) aimed at enhancing the process innovation of HPWJ™ Technology.
